Why Starting Online Therapy is a good thing for you

Updated: Jun 5

If you've been carrying stress, anxiety, or the weight of a life transition, you may have wondered whether therapy could actually help.

Maybe something has held you back. A quiet voice that says: I should be able to handle this on my own. Things aren't bad enough to need help. What does it say about me if I can't cope?

That resistance is real, and it's worth naming.

Starting therapy doesn't mean something is wrong with you. It doesn't mean you're broken, weak, or failing. It usually means the opposite — that you're self-aware enough to notice something isn't working, and courageous enough to want to understand it rather than just push through.

Most people who come to therapy aren't in crisis. They're simply tired of the same patterns, the same heaviness, and they're ready to relate to themselves differently.

I offer online sessions that blend somatic, cognitive, and Internal Family Systems approaches.

That means we don't just talk about what's happening — we explore how it lives in your body, where it comes from, and how to gently shift it.

What getting started looks like: You reach out, we have a short introductory call to see if we're a good fit, and we go from there. No long intake forms, no waiting rooms. Just a quiet space — yours — and a conversation that goes at your pace.

Sessions are available in English, Danish and French.

If you're ready to feel more like yourself again, I'd love to hear from you.
