About
Dalia Kislor

I didn't come to this work through a single path.

Over the years, I have lived in several countries, worked across different fields — as a psychologist, foreign language teacher, coach, and family counsellor — and navigated my own transitions, uncertainties, and changes of direction.

These experiences have shaped not only who I am, but also the way I listen.

Today, I live and work in Denmark, supporting adults in French, English, and Danish.

My approach is grounded in a simple observation: many of us become very good at managing, adapting, and pushing forward.

And yet, there comes a point when those strategies are no longer enough.

Moments when we feel disconnected from ourselves, unsure of what we need, or no longer quite at home in the life we're living.

This is what interests me most in my work.

Not fixing people.

But helping them reconnect with themselves — their body, their emotions, and their inner voice — with greater awareness, safety, and trust.

I believe this is what allows us to move from survival mode to a life that feels meaningful. It's a demanding passage, and one that is often easier to navigate with support.

My background includes two Master's degrees in psychology from the University of Paris, a Danish teaching qualification, and advanced training in somatic and trauma-informed approaches, including IFS, ACT, EMDR, mind-body coaching, and nervous system regulation.

Over time, I have integrated these approaches into what I call Somatic Cognitive Therapy — an approach rooted in the conviction that lasting change comes not only from cognitive understanding, but also from our capacity to feel, regulate, and integrate what we experience in our bodies.

It is the collaboration between our mind, our emotions, and our body that allows us to build a life that truly reflects who we are and to make choices that come from a place of real authenticity.

If something in these words resonates with you, I would be happy to hear from you.

With presence and good regulation,

Dalia

TESTIMONIALS
