Service Description

Four 60-minute sessions focused on the situations where you keep getting pulled into the same reactions. We work with what happens in your thoughts, body and protective responses, so you can begin to respond with more choice and steadiness.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Missed sessions without notice and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are charged at the full session fee. It is not possible to cancel your appointment in the system less than 24 hours before. Contact me as soon as possible if there is an emergency.
