THE OFFER, IN CONCRETE TERMS
A structured starting point, adapted to your situation
You can come with one specific concern or begin with a focused five-session cycle.
The first session helps us understand what is happening and decide where to focus.
The following sessions give us enough space to work on what matters most, try realistic ways forward and review what is changing.
There is no obligation to enter open-ended therapy.
At the end of the initial cycle, we decide together whether it feels right to stop, meet occasionally or continue.
-
FLEXIBLE BY DESIGN
One offer, adapted to the people involved.
The five-session programme is the clearest way to begin, but the format can reflect what your situation needs.
Individual support
A confidential space for the international employee, accompanying partner, parent or young adult.
Couple or family sessions
Your partner — or, with their agreement, your teenager — may join selected sessions or take part in a shared process.
One focused session
For a clearly defined question, an important decision or a previous client returning for support.
We decide together who should attend and when.
-
WHAT WE WORK ON
Making international life feel more manageable.
Work and professional identity
Understand unfamiliar workplace codes, communicate with greater confidence and protect your professional identity after relocation.
Roles and relationships
Explore how relocation has changed independence, responsibilities and expectations within your couple or family.
Cultural misunderstandings
Turn confusing interactions and unfamiliar expectations into clearer, more manageable next steps.
Connection and belonging
Build meaningful relationships while preserving what matters from your previous life and culture.
Stress and constant adaptation
Recognise what is draining your energy and find realistic ways to reduce pressure.
Children and teenagers
Understand how each child is adapting and support questions of identity, belonging, friendships and change.
Enough structure to help you move forward.
Enough flexibility to meet your family where it is.
-
A PSYCHOLOGICALLY INFORMED, PERSONALLY GROUNDED APPROACH
Home isn’t only a place. It’s a feeling of being yourself.
My own life has been shaped by different countries, cultures and languages.
I understand how relocation can reshape identity, relationships and your sense of who you are.
Our work begins with what feels most pressing now.
Together, we identify what is within your influence and find practical ways forward that feel right for you and your family.
