THERAPY & SUPPORT FOR TEENAGERS

You don't have to know what's wrong to come and talk.

You might have something specific on your mind. Or perhaps things have felt heavy for a while and you do not know how to explain it — especially to someone at home.

This is a private, no-pressure place to talk about anxiety, school, friendships, family, identity or anything else that matters to you.

You set the pace. One meeting does not commit you to more.

WHAT THIS ACTUALLY IS

A conversation where you don't have to perform.

50 minutes -  750 DKK

You meet with someone whose job is to listen properly and help you make sense of what is happening.

You do not have to prepare, tell your whole story or know what you want to talk about. You can speak, ask questions, take your time or simply say that you do not know where to begin.

I am not here to diagnose you, write a report or tell you what to do.

WHAT ABOUT PRIVACY?

What happens with your parents

What you tell me stays private. Your parents do not receive a summary of our conversations, and I do not report back on what you say.

01

If I am seriously worried about safety

If I believe that you or someone else may be in serious danger, I cannot keep that to myself. I will tell you first whenever possible, and we will work out together what needs to be shared.

02

If we agree on a parent check-in

You will know when that conversation is happening, and we will agree beforehand what I can say. No conversation about you takes place behind your back.

THINGS YOU CAN COME WITH

It doesn't need to be “serious enough”.

Sometimes you know exactly what is going on.

Sometimes life just feels harder than it should.

Stress & emotions

Anxiety, panic, overthinking, anger, sleep problems, numbness or feeling disconnected.

Relationships & belonging

Friendships changing, feeling outside the group, identity, culture or uncertainty about where you fit.

School & motivation

Pressure, perfectionism, avoiding schoolwork, not being able to start or uncertainty about what comes next.

Family & home

Arguments, separation, rules and boundaries, or feeling expected to carry more than you should.

YOUR PATH, YOUR PACE

Start with one conversation. Choose a clearer path if it helps.

Some teenagers prefer one session at a time. Others feel safer knowing the work has a beginning, a focus and a clear point to review. The six-session path gives you structure without asking you to fit into a rigid programme.

THE FOCUSED PATH

6 × 50 minutes

One focus chosen together. Practical tools. A clear review at session six.

PRICE

DKK 4,500

DKK 750 per session · Online · English, Danish or French

What the six sessions can help you do

01

Understand what is happening

Choose one difficulty and clarify what you would like to be different.

You leave with: a clear focus and a way to notice whether the sessions are helping.

The content and order adapt to you.

02

Notice it sooner

Spot the triggers, body signals and thoughts before things become too much.

You leave with: a clear focus and a way to notice whether the sessions are helping.

03

Find what helps in the moment

Try practical ways to respond to panic, overthinking, anger or shutting down.

Not every technique works for everyone. We find what feels realistic and useful for you.

04

Interrupt a pattern that keeps repeating

Work differently with an argument, avoidance, perfectionism, withdrawal or sleep.

You leave with: a different response to practise when the pattern begins again.

You leave with: one or two tools you can use in everyday situations.

05

Try one small change in real life

Ask for help, set a boundary, prepare a conversation or approach something differently.

You leave with: one realistic experiment, plus a backup plan for when it does not go perfectly.

06

Build a plan for difficult days

Keep what works, recognise warning signs and decide clearly what comes next.

You leave with: a personal plan and a clear decision about what comes next — stopping, adding four sessions or finding another kind of support.

If you decide that therapy is not for you, I can help explain that to your parents.

You do not have to manage that conversation alone.

Parents & caregivers

Support without a session report.

An initial conversation and one agreed check-in focus on one practical way to help at home while protecting the teenager’s private space.

After session six

Stop, add four sessions or choose another path.

Nothing continues automatically. An optional four-session extension is DKK 3,000.

FOR PARENTS & CAREGIVERS

Close enough to support. Far enough to let therapy work.

It can be difficult to know when to step in and when to give your teenager space.

Therapy offers them a relationship of their own while giving you enough clarity to feel informed and involved in the right way.

No one is labelled as “the problem,” and your teenager’s willingness remains central to the process.

01

You share what you have noticed

An initial parent conversation gives space for your concerns and what has changed.

02

Your teenager gets their own space

We focus first on trust, safety and what matters to them.

03

We agree one useful way to stay connected

A check-in focuses on what you can do at home, not on private session details.

Frequently asked questions

You don't need to be certain. You can start with one question.

There is no perfect moment to begin and no need to have the right words.

You can write to me yourself, or a parent can make the first contact.
