Cancellation policy
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full.
Payment
Payment is due before each session booked online.
Clients based in Denmark can pay by MobilePay or bank transfer.
International clients can pay by bank transfer or PayPal.
Payment details are provided when the appointment is confirmed.
